SnapVault Pro is a Chrome extension developed by Pharmetric LLC("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data the extension handles, where it goes, and what choices you have.

1. What we do not do

• We do not run our own servers that receive or store your screenshots.
• We do not log your browsing history.
• We do not include third-party analytics, advertising, or fingerprinting code.
• We do not sell or share user data.

2. Data stored on your device only

The following data is kept in Chrome's local storage on your device. It never leaves your browser unless you explicitly trigger a cloud upload (see §4).

• Screenshots and thumbnails you create using the extension.
• Folder names, capture metadata (page title, URL, timestamp, filename), and your preference settings.
• A daily-capture counter used for the free-tier limit.
• OAuth tokens for cloud providers you have connected (see §4).

Chrome encrypts local extension storage at rest on supported platforms.

3. Active-tab access

When you click the SnapVault Pro toolbar icon, the extension reads the current active tab only in order to capture its rendered content, URL, and title. It does not access tabs you haven't asked it to capture and does not run in the background on pages you visit.

4. Cloud provider integrations (optional use)

If — and only if — you click "Connect" on a cloud provider (Google Drive, Notion, or Dropbox), you authorize SnapVault Pro through the provider's standard OAuth screen to upload captures into a folder you choose. From that point:

• Captures travel directly from your browser to that provider. They do not pass through any Pharmetric server.
• The extension stores the OAuth tokens you grant in Chrome's local storage so it can complete uploads without re-prompting.
